Are you currently in the job market for a full time role? Medix is hiring a Medical Scheduler for a well known healthcare organization in Charlottesville, VA.
Job Requirements:
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have at least one year of expereince working in a call center
- Must have high school diploma
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling patients for appointments
- Must take upwards of 40 calls per day and schedule around 40 appointments
- Provide amazing customer service to patients
Other Information:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 5:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
- This position is fully in person
