Social Worker, LCSW

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000/annually (dependent on level of experience)
Client is preferring a LOCAL candidate for this position.

JOB SUMMARY

The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for independently providing assessments, treatment/care planning and psychosocial therapy within a primary care clinic setting for a diverse population of preventative, acute care, and chronic disease management patients to effectively provide linkage and advocacy to fulfill clients’ needs. Estimated volume may be around 2,850.

Per the client, would like a candidate who has actually been seeing patients or teaching (not in a leadership position), some clinical experience with all ages (or at least the ability and willingness to work with all ages, experience with an integrated model (partnering with referring Physicians).

• Housing can potentially be a challenge, however the Facility is located around major Nebraska cities such as Lincoln and Omaha.
• Facility offers a 24/7 Advanced Practice Providers for emergency services and inpatient care.

WORK SCHEDULE

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM, Monday - Friday (salaried)
• Weekend Requirements: none.
• On Call Requirements: none.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting - Required
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; or a Doctorate degree in clinical psychology. - Required
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP, LIMHP), or Licensed Psychologist. - Required
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Provides patient care for all ages
