What are the responsibilities and job description for the OB/GYN Hospitalist position at Mednax?

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced per diem, Board Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist to come Lead our team at Memorial Hermann Northeast, an established OB Hospitalist Program with tremendous administration support.

  • Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital is proud to deliver over 1,400 babies annually, and offers a Level-II & III NICUs with experienced care and advanced technology
  • Newly opened Womens center, with new OBED department as well
  • Our team is made up of highly motivated OB/GYN hospitalists who perform deliveries, cover the OB and main emergency department, round on inpatients and manage transports
  • Collaboration with affiliated MFM and neonatology providers
  • 24-hour shifts
  • TX license or IMLC (in hand) required
  • Coverage dates needed: 1/3, 1/6, 1/7, 1/15, 1/19 and future dates likely available.
