This candidate should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Essential Job Functions
Human Resources
Maintain human resources records in the HRIS system
Handle day-to-day tasks for the employee benefit programs
Assist with onboarding new employees
Coordinating the annual review process
Assist HR Manager with recruiting as needed
Manage and schedule all employee training
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Payroll
Bi-weekly payroll processing, including managing expense report payments, benefits enrollment & reconciliation, along with other miscellaneous payroll activities
Verify all timesheets and overtime hours with appropriate management personnel.
Office Administration
Be the first line of contact for visitors. Ensure they feel welcomed and connect with them with their contact
Responsible for the facility’s day-to-day tasks
Plan and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings including members of the meeting in advance
Monitor and maintain office supplies for the office
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution
Assist with travel arrangements as needed
Provide administrative assistant functions to the HR manager and senior leadership as needed
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in a related field
Working knowledge of office processes
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations

This position will be based at corporate in Dubuque, IA
Full-time, hourly d position - 40 hours per week
