Summary of the Call Center Agent: The Incentive Support Specialist to be responsible for providing daily support for a variety of projects which include but not limited to phone and email support along with other administrative tasks to ensure the movement and success of various projects
Benefits:

Responsibilities of the Call Center Agent:
- Drives the movement of various projects through case management.
- Coordinates with business development to research and communicate internally and externally for project management purposes.
- Maintains the case information up to date and will close with a resolution within the allotted time.
- Manages emails and reviews document submissions with urgency.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following company standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Participates in discussions with the operations management teams regarding the goals and processes.
- Responsible for the daily operational reports and cases.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Job Details:
- Pay: *$18.00/HR
- Work Schedule: *TUES-SAT or SUN-THURS
- Work Hours: *3PM-12AM
