Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Graphic Design Manager to join our Information Design team in Cincinnati, OH. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of graphic designers;
• Oversee the design quality and production of materials and ensure that delivered products adhere to company standards;
• Manage workloads to effectively meet timelines and delegate job responsibilities among team members;
• Mentor graphic designers, review and critique work, and provide growth opportunities;
• Partner and collaborate with other managers in the department to align project assignments and oversee day-to-day activities;
• Demonstrate excellent understanding, practice, explanation, and execution of current design trends and digital media;
• Represent Information Design department at key meetings;
• Exude a collaborative and professional demeanor; and
• Lead department projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or marketing and 6+ years of related experience;
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, organizational, presentation, problem-solving, and project-management skills;
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a deadline-drive, collaborative environment.
