As a manager, you will be an integral member of the Information Design team—a group of writers, designers, technical communicators, and other creative individuals who are passionate about improving lives. We provide creative guidance and develop compelling content, branding, documents, and trainings for a wide audience.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative direction and project management on client work, including developing compelling branding and content that help patients and medical professionals
- Champion department projects and initiatives that improve how we work
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for our team of creatives
- Provide clear feedback and dedicate yourself to mentor, develop, and guide team members as they advance in their careers
- Partner with the broader Medpace team to communicate the creative process and hold space for brilliant ideas from your team while ensuring we deliver high quality materials within targeted timelines
- Bring your passion for creative, science/medicine, mentorship, and collaboration every day as we work to improve patients’ lives
Skills/Characteristics

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in professional writing, graphic design, or similar focus, and 6 years of related experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, and MS Office; advanced knowledge preferred
