Applicants for this position must provide their updated, 7-year certified Motor Vehicle
Report (MVR).
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Compassionate and caring drivers needed to create an understanding environment for our clients
- Door to Door Service: Greet clients and support their transition from their residence to their appointments and back
- Drive with Confidence: Driving in the snow, rain, or mountains requires a calm head and the ability to remain calm in potentially dangerous situations while maintaining the safety of everyone on the road
- Punctuality: You will play a key role in getting our clients to essential medical appointments and must be able to arrive on time to scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
- Communication with Dispatch: Effectively communicate drop-offs, delays, incidents, and take new orders from our Dispatch team
- Embrace Variety: No two days are ever the same! Enjoy getting to know new people and seeing new places!
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service Experience: Must have customer facing experience with a good track record of assisting customers
- Driving Experience: 1 year of van driving preferred, clean driving record with no more than 4 points in the last 3 years, valid Colorado driver's license
- Great Attitude: Empathy, compassion, customer service, willingness to adapt to change
- Confidentiality: Must adhere to all federal, state and agency rules regarding HIPAA
Requirements.
- Eligible to Work in the United States
- Must be Over the Age of 25 for insurance purposes
- Education: Must have high school diploma or GED
- Willingness to Travel: 100% of the time
- Knowledge of the Local Area: Not required but is a plus
- First Aid/CPR Certification: Not required but is a plus
