Medride, LLC. is currently searching to hire a Human Resources Recruiter for their corporate office, in Colorado Springs. Medride is a quickly growing company within the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation industry (NEMT), that offers a career in HR, competitive compensation, and benefits. Our Human Resources recruiter will work with and will report to the Medride Human Resources Director. The successful candidate will be a team-player, who is used to working in an intense and fast-paced environment, and who is oriented to service. We are looking for an excellent communicator, who can connect with employees, at all levels of the company, with natural and genuine empathy. Likewise, who can assume responsibility for all aspects of Medride’s full-cycle recruiting, including the pre-screening process, the onboarding function, and the administration of training. The main goal to be achieved in the Medride Human Resources Recruiter position is to fill our open positions effectively and efficiently with qualified, dedicated, and genuine professionals that are a great fit for Medride and its industry.
