What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Web Developer and Graphic Designer position at Medrio?
Medrio’s Marketing team is growing and we’re looking for a self-starting, deadline-driven Graphic and Web Designer who is wildly creative and loves making cool stuff. We are not shy about being a hyper-growth global company who strives to advance healthier lives through clinical trial technology. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced environment and will strive to raise Medrio’s quirky yet sophisticated brand messaging and visuals to the next level through a range of print materials, digital designs, and intelligent website and landing pages.
In this position, your week might go something like this - designing a presentation deck on Monday, crafting social cards and email headers for an event campaign on Tuesday, laying out a new success story in PDF format on Wednesday, building and testing a new module on our website on Thursday, and creating a new infographic on Friday that will be used across a spectrum of assets. Every day will be different as you continually conceptualize and develop new ways to present the Medrio brand through dynamic visuals - all to create marketing assets that attract and engage our target audience.
As someone on the forefront of new and established design trends, you won’t be just a designer/developer who executes other team member’s ideas. You’ll be expected to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team and help educate your peers on the best way to present content and engage prospects to take desired actions.
If you’re a team player who gets giddy over pushing the boundaries of innovative design, loves to explore new ways to engage audiences, and can speak both print and website jargon, then read on.
