```Duties:```
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatrics and acute care.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication administration and management.
- Perform procedures such as phlebotomy, tube feeding, and wound care.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Utilize electronic health record systems (such as Athenahealth) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records.
```Qualifications:```
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in NY
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited certifying body.
- Minimum of [number] years of experience working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pediatrics, acute care, and primary care principles.
- Proficiency in performing triage assessments and utilization reviews.
