Center (Practice) Manager Job Description

Job Description:

A Center Manager will:

  • Communicate effectively across all channels within the organization.
  • Be highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ensure the privacy of all patient information according to HIPPA.
  • Possess a proven level of business acumen.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration within the center and across all departments, which will enhance the patient experience.
  • Serve as an expert operations leader within the center in all key areas/roles to deliver on defined KPIs.
  • Execute all corporate initiatives to deliver on strategic and planned growth.
  • Ensure the delivery of a seamless patient experience by all team members through MedRite’s

Patient Care Model.

  • Exhibit a high level of leadership foresight in anticipating the changing needs within the center.
  • Identify top cross-functional talent to fill roles within the center.
  • Ensure staffing levels for each role meet the expectations of the organization.
  • Operate within defined budgets to support fiscal accountability.
  • Ensure the compliance of all team members to standard operating procedures.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and accountability for each team member in their role.
  • Provide ongoing development and development plans for all team members based on learning agility, role, and performance.
  • Assume other responsibilities as assigned and warranted

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional work environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk; hear; stand; walk; use hands, with occasional travel between centers and to headquarters.
