Job Description:
A Center Manager will:
- Communicate effectively across all channels within the organization.
- Be highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ensure the privacy of all patient information according to HIPPA.
- Possess a proven level of business acumen.
- Foster a culture of collaboration within the center and across all departments, which will enhance the patient experience.
- Serve as an expert operations leader within the center in all key areas/roles to deliver on defined KPIs.
- Execute all corporate initiatives to deliver on strategic and planned growth.
- Ensure the delivery of a seamless patient experience by all team members through MedRite’s
Patient Care Model.
- Exhibit a high level of leadership foresight in anticipating the changing needs within the center.
- Identify top cross-functional talent to fill roles within the center.
- Ensure staffing levels for each role meet the expectations of the organization.
- Operate within defined budgets to support fiscal accountability.
- Ensure the compliance of all team members to standard operating procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching and accountability for each team member in their role.
- Provide ongoing development and development plans for all team members based on learning agility, role, and performance.
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned and warranted
