Overview The Materials Preparation role will primarily be responsible for organizing, preparing and maintaining production materials throughout the day.
Responsibilities and Duties Maintains compounding and other pharmacy records as directed. Organize and prepare all bins associated with tablet compounding and packing.
Create labels for shipping and pouching materials. As needed, clean and sanitize compounding bins. Assist in the dismantling of boxes and other materials within the pharmacy space.
Ability to help with fulfillment by restocking, labeling mailers, and so on. Ability to assist with unpacking, organizing, and maintaining paperwork when large shipments are delivered to the facility.
Make rounds throughout the day to ensure the cleanliness of the facility. Document Scanning. Product packaging, transportation, distribution, and maintenance.
Provide administrative support as required. Following all safety procedures. Additional tasks or duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to operate computer equipment. Detail oriented. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of basic principles, theories and laws, policies, and procedures that pertain to compounding.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards. Ability to demonstrate professionalism, time management, and confidentiality.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. Experience managing confidential or proprietary information required.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills. Excellent attendance and punctuality records Physical Requirements Ability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
