What you will be doing as a Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for hourly field positions (high volume)
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with field hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
- Tracks status of applications in the application tracking system, performs accurate notes and communicates with candidates in professional and timely manner.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls
- Collaborate with recruitment team to develop and execute on recruitment strategy that meets company business goals.
- Proactive sourcing candidates through online channels
- Partners with HR to streamline the background and onboarding process of applicants
- Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture
- Other tasks as assigned
What you need to become a Talent Acquisition Partner at MedSpeed:
- Minimum 3-5 years of overall high-volume recruiting experience, with 2 years of experience supporting hourly roles
- Proven track record of building relationships with middle management and cross-functional partners.
- Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative work style, able to work well within and across departments
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Service minded a must, teamwork driven and be able to multitask with rapid change.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination depending on location and local mandates
