MedStaffers is looking to build the right team of caregivers to assist our client. Our client would love to stay in their home but just needs some additional support --. Our current client is in need of assist with hands on assist with getting in and out of bed, light housekeeping, meal prep/clean up, laundry, shopping and medication reminders. Could that be you?! Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
- Assistance with ambulation, transfers, and exercises
- Light housekeeping such as dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, and laundry
- Running errands such as grocery shopping and transportation to medical appointments
- Preparation and serving of meals and snacks
- Medication Reminders
- Companionship
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of home care experience, preferred (but we will train the right person!)
- Reliable vehicle or transportation
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and complete (or provide) a 2 step TB test
