This is a Critical Care Ground /Flight Transport RN position with rotating shifts.
$20,000 sign on bonus for Registered Nurses with Critical Care Transport Experience!
The Critical Care Ground/Flight Transport RN independently assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of patients with a range of needs from uncomplicated to highly complex during ground transport. In collaboration with the patient and family, provides theory-based professional nursing care and coordinates care delivery with the physician and other members of the healthcare team. Must have 3 years of Critical Care/Emergency Department Registered nurse experience, graduated from an accredited nursing program, and Maryland or compact state nursing license.
