Fueled by the power for discovery, the Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for owning the support needs of the New Business and Marketing team initially, but will then support general digital strategy needs of the agency including client work. In this role, you will initially support the team’s efforts for both MedThink Communications and MedThink SciCom by leading our business-to-business marketing automation, database, and metrics workstreams in order to deliver a steady stream of qualified leads for our organization. This position will report to the Director of Digital Strategy & Operations and will serve as a vital member of the agency’s Insights & Connections team.

Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience with customer relationship management systems (eg, Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Email marketing and content development experience a plus
- Tableau experience a plus
- Healthcare experience a plus
Position Responsibilities
Demonstrates behavior expected of a professional member of the organization, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain target list based on defined criteria
- Review existing marketing automation platform and make recommendations for most effective use or upgrades
- Lead outreach editorial calendar across both divisions
- Develop and manage content development for outbound assets
- Develop tool to document personnel experience to respond to opportunities
- Establish range of automated marketing and lead nurturing campaigns, including segmented campaigns delivering relevant content
- Ensure best practices of content development, including conducting A/B testing to maximize results
- Implement lead scoring practice to identify high-quality leads
- Ensure all platforms within the new business department communicate with each other to improve efficiencies
- Determine appropriate KPIs and create dashboards for business development and marketing
- Monitor and report metrics quarterly
