At our Operations Quality Department in Lung Health, we focus on ensuring the consistent application of our quality system in the delivery of product to the customer. Our department vision is continuous improvement in terms of quality and compliance.
The Calibration Technician II is directly involved in the day-to-day activities of the task team including calibration, understanding the processes and systems that deliver quality product. In this role you will be part of a team providing calibration of test and measurement equipment in research, development, manufacturing and field service environments.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Calibrate mechanical, electronic test measuring equipment and signal generating equipment to conform to set standards.
- Test, calibrate, adjust, and maintain electromechanical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, hydro mechanical, and pressure-type measuring and indicating instruments.
- Set up calibration sequences, methods and procedures according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and requirements.
- Disassemble, clean, repair, and replace defective parts of test equipment such as pressure gauges and tension meters.
- May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
- Other reasonably related duties to the job/position as assigned.

Nice to Have
- Associate degree in a technical program or other technical training/certification.
- Experience with physical dimensional calibration
- Previous medical device experience
- Experience with GMP and GDP requirements
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to perform as part of a team.
