In this exciting role you will be providing general administrative and project support to the Mechanical and Capital Equipment Senior Director Quality Mechanical Platform and team. Including preparing communications and maintaining schedules; preparing normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, arranging meetings, gather, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor’s assignment.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate meetings and meeting logistics with a global team.
- May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.
- Attend team meetings, taking notes on discussion points and action items-ensuring proper follow through.
- Gather and compile data and generate reports, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Prepare and distribute communications to the team and broader organization.
- Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
- Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
- Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review.
- Perform basic quality review activities.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of project support experience
Nice to Have
- Experience using Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Zoom, Slido, Concur
- 4 years of relevant project support experience
- Internal Medtronic experience, product/portfolio knowledge experience for Mechanical Assembly and Capital Equipment platforms.
