We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Planner (Operations Planner) for our MTC Campus in Tempe, AZ. This role is within the Operations Scheduling group. This role will interact with many different functional areas including, Master Production Scheduling, Supply Network Planning, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Master Data, & External Customers. A Day in the Life
In this exciting role you will support business execution of ongoing and new programs and initiatives that include production scheduling and material scheduling in support of internal customers. Activities will focus on maintaining master production schedules, adherence to financial targets, new product launches, and supply health. You will monitor key performance indicators and coordinate with cross-functional work teams to meet business objectives. Key stakeholders will include Operations, Sourcing, and Operations Scheduling team members.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for IC Test value stream planning
- Accountable for shift level production planning, prioritization, and KPI reporting.
- Responsible for consumption and inventory management.
- Responsible for communication of supply health and operational plans.
- Represent organization as a prime contact for the value stream.
- Work in an SAP environment managing master data for MRP.
- Troubleshoot material scheduling issues.
- Ability to present information and communicate effectively.
- Work is performed under general direction
- Participate in tiered meetings to provide updates on material availability, and production priority changes.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant Supply Chain Planning experience, or advanced degree with minimum of 2 years relevant Supply Chain Planning experience.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- MS/MBA preferred.
- Medical Device/ Medical Supplies Manufacturing experience.
- Excellent statistical and mathematics skills.
- APICs CPIM/CSCP.
- Software skills including MS Office (Access & Excel focus).
- Working knowledge of SAP, Factoryworks, Blue Yonder.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience implementing/ utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma techniques a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution planning, logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
