Your Mission:

You will oversee all clinical operations, from supervising therapists to managing therapy processes and quality assurance. Your expertise will guide policy development, risk management, and ensure our services meet licensing and accreditation standards.

We're Looking For:

- A visionary leader with a Doctorate in psychology or a related field and a California license (LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist).

- Proven experience in clinical management within substance abuse treatment settings.

- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of evidence-based practices for detoxification, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders.

- A compassionate advocate with a commitment to ethical values and client-centered care.

- Develop policies and procedures that enhance our care delivery and ensure compliance.
