Job Description
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, acting as a primary contact and ensuring seamless communication of client objectives & strategy to internal teams
- Mentor junior account staff, guiding through day-to-day activities as well as professional growth; delegate tasks in an effective & productive manner
- Collaborate with leadership on new business development efforts; identify & actively pursue opportunities for growth across existing and prospective clients
- Develop strategic communication plans, press releases, bylined articles, corporate communications materials, media relations programs, pitches, and more
- Stay ahead of shifts within the market & provide strategic guidance to clients accordingly
Skills Required
- Minimum 6 years of agency experience in a healthcare PR agency
- Strong biotech experience is required
- An entrepreneurial attitude
- Exceptional writing & communication skills
