JOB TITLE: Information Technology Specialist

LOCATION: N. Burdick St., Kalamazoo, MI 49007

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time Available

SHIFT: 1st Shift 8am-5pm

Our company staffs and operates several state-licensed, recreational cannabis retail, processing, and grow facilities located within multiple municipalities.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a candidate to fill an Information Technology Specialist role. The ideal candidate will use best practices to set up and configure all IT needs for its managed locations. Candidates should exhibit high levels of integrity, honesty, and commitment, and have a strong technical knowledge within Information Technology. Our Information Technology is responsible for user account creations, hardware & software installations/configuration, application training & development, back-end integrations, and API integrations. Utilizing a Microsoft 365 hybrid environment, our aim is to custom-build IT solutions within Microsoft’s Power Automate & Power Apps for operations within the organization. Candidates must be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs alone. Also, Candidates will find themselves, standing, climbing, crouching, bending, and sitting on a regular basis. At times, candidates will be required to travel to our other locations, and having a reliable form of transportation is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· User Account Creation

· Permission Governance

· Networking

· Hardware Support

· Software Support

· Power Automate Integrations

· Power App’s Creation & Maintenance

· Technical Training & Development

· Firewall Configuration & Maintenance

· 3rd Party technology liaison (for programs not maintained by IT)

· Surveillance Camera Configuration

· Asset Management

· Documentation

Other responsibilities:

Staying up to date on all Michigan medical marijuana laws; ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or 4 years relevant work experience)

Highschool diploma/GED

Willingness to Travel with Reliable Transportation

State ID and SSN
