About the position
We are looking for an Associate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer service focused environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their requests and inquiries regarding our products and services. This position is a sales/customer service role.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Handle customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
Communicate with customers via email, phone, or other means.
Ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and services we provide.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Provide general support to sales team on a daily basis.
Sell products to new and existing customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a customer service setting preferred.
Property and Casualty Insurance license required within first 3 months.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
Bonus opportunities
