Meineke Car Care Center of Fort Wayne is a small business in Fort Wayne, IN That opened in 2011. We are seeking someone who is professional, fast-paced and able to complete tasks and goals.
We are looking for highly committed and motivated people who can join our Service Writer team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in automobiles, strong technical communication skills, and a willingness to work in an environment that requires flexibility and diligence. Our Service Writers play a vital role in ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with their vehicles, and also assists our service advisors in completing service orders.
Responsibilities:
- Review inspections for automotive problems.
- Order parts.
- Communicate with customers.
- Schedule repairs for customer.
- Dispatch work to technicians.
- Drive to the service calls and deliver the repaired vehicle.
- Use a computer and other office equipment.
- Maintain and clean your work area and customer areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 52 per week
