Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Perform Oil Changes
- Writing estimates including parts and labor for automotive repairs and services
- Communicate additional needed repairs and services to customers
- Communicate needed service and repairs to technicians
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Order parts
- Answer phones
