Reporting to the Director of Creative Operations, you are more specifically responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Creative for all go-to-market initiatives - Campaigns, Weekly Drops, Digital and Print Communications, among others, all of which are of varying scope and scale.
You are a key liaison between the Creative Department and internal business units, assessing/triaging the constant influx of creative requests and defining all service-level agreements in collaboration with the Creative Leadership team.
As a senior team member, you also provide mentorship to team members based on company & departmental goals. You are a cheerleader of Mejuri, helping to reinforce company mission, vision, and values as they come to life thru team and project work. Your goal is always to connect value back to driving impact for the company and you play an active role in improving Creative ROI thru the achievement of business and departmental KPIs.
