Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Junior Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and problem solver. We are a well established multimedia firm and in addition to designing and developing beautiful websites and handling email campaigns for clients, we also have a wide range of print projects such as postcards, logos, reports, magazines, interior graphics, museum exhibits and so much more. You don't need to know how to do everything but you just might be our person if you're someone who is constantly wanting to grow your skill sets.

The primary responsibilities of this position will be maintaining client websites, building out new pages, and creating new sites in Word Press with our Senior Developer. The role requires an understanding of HTML and CSS. We are a design firm first and formost, so beauty does count as much as function.

Responsibilities:

- Create monthly emails in Constant Contact and Mail Chimp

- Maintain client website updates

- Assist the Senior Developer to build out user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications

- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or testing

- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Web Design and Development

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Experience with WordPress sites

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of responsive design principles

- Familiarity with graphic design tools in the Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
