General Responsibilities
This position's primary role is to coordinate external services contracts (government agencies, school districts, etc.) and provide administrative support to the VP/CFO and Director of Finance. This position takes the lead on business support including contracts administration and business insurance program. Assists in coordinating projects within the department and is responsible for maintaining and updating all departmental policies and procedures. Performs other executive level administrative duties and assists in special projects as requested by the department supervisors.
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Associates degree or business school training is required.
Certifications/Licensure: None
Skill(s): Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are an asset.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a related field is preferred with an Associates or Business Degree and five (5) years experience with a High School Diploma. Possess a minimum of two years driving experience holding a US drivers license.
