Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking an accomplished Transaction Coordinator to join the staff with Melody Bell and Associates in Anderson, SC. The ideal individual for this role will be committed to offering exemplary customer service, have an enthusiasm for real estate, and possess remarkable communication and organizational aptitude. Duties include managing all parts of transactions from contract to close and ensuring that client's needs are attended to promptly and adeptly. Location: Onsite in Anderson, SC

$50,000 yearly

• Analyze real estate contracts, purchase agreements, contracts for title services, and related documents for the accuracy of information
• Manage transaction processes from start to finish, including closing and post-closing activities
• Communicate effectively with clients, other agents, attorneys, title companies, and lenders to ensure all parties are kept updated throughout the transaction process
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence
• Prepare documents for review, including client files, contracts, leases, and other real estate documents

• Clear communication skills
• Proficiency using MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
• Rapport building, active listening, and objection handling
• Database and calendar management
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Helpful: Inclined to assist others when possible
• Proactive: Acts without being told what to do. Bring new ideas to the team
• Must be within a 30-minute commute of Anderson, SC
