What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Branch Manager - Ames and Boone position at MEMEBERS1st Community Credit Union?
Assists the Branch Manager with the operations of the branches at Ames and Boone. The Assistant Branch Manager will schedule staff, answer routine to complex questions on products and services, policies and procedures, or rules and regulations. This person will assist with the continual process of developing and/or maintaining a positive working environment by example through strong leadership.
The Assistant Branch Manager will monitor the work of Members Service Representatives and Solutions Advisors to ensure the highest level of quality service to the member-owners, assist with connectivity and technology problem resolution, and provide input into performance reviews of branch staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
