Summary:
Performs clerical and support functions for Human Resources.

Detailed responsibilities:
• Collects and enters data into the department's software systems application(s).
• Prepares communications and reports using desktop software.
• Answers phones, greets visitors, and responds to general inquiries.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including filing and processing mail.
