Program Coordinator - Employee Relations - Variable - PT-20

Job Description:

• Ensures a successful program by building collaborative relationships, managing workflows and operations
  • Oversees the daily operations and decision making that supports clinical programs, including scheduling and payroll
  • Assists with developing successful partnerships with educational or agency affiliations
  • Partners with stakeholders to engage potential participants, and coordinates participants' entry into the program
  • Communicates regularly with internal and external partners to ensure collaboration and transparency
• Coordinates with affiliated program leaders and designated personnel to establish, oversees and maintains clinical educational experiences
  • Serves as a liaison between affiliated programs and health system to ensure all required documents are approved and maintained
  • Ensures all required online and in-person training (i.e., HealthStream or other platforms) is completed on time, including any required orientation
  • Promotes innovative practices in educational environments
• Monitors programs to ensure consistency in program implementation and evaluation
  • Evaluates organizational effectiveness in staff education as evidenced by outcome measurement utilizing a variety of tools and mechanisms
  • Regularly reviews data reports and from program outcomes and participant satisfaction to identify opportunities for modification or enhancement
  • Collaborates with clinical leadership to evaluate and execute ongoing program improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Three (3) year of experience performing coordinator or supervisory duties.
