Job Description: Minimal supervision and guidance from the Executive Director, is responsible and accountable for the organization, planning and development of all functions and programs of the marketing department. Explores new business opportunities through referral sources as well as promoting existing business. Prepares and implements the marketing plan.
1. Work as a team player with other employees and management in accomplishing work.
2. Demonstrates a positive attitude about work issues, policies, and procedures.
3. Is able to apply concepts of excellence in customer servicer and always conducts duties in a positive and friendly manner.
4. Demonstrates excellent decision making skills and is able to understand the impact of those decisions on the department.
5. Demonstrates the ability to set and manage priorities.
6. Keeps accurate count and stock of supplies for marketing activities.
7. Provides statistical input for department budget as requested by the Executive Director.
8. Monitors expenditures monthly to ensure compliance with department budgeted amount.
9. Submits budget spend down sheet to Executive Director monthly.
10. Plans and hosts marketing events at the facility or other venues promoting Memory Care of Naples.
11. Conducts tours of the facility.
12. On a daily basis, maintains an up-to-date inquiry/lead database per established policy.
13. Reviews/updates the marketing plan on a quarterly basis to meet changing needs of community.
