Responsibilities:
- Perform technical accounting tasks, including budgeting, general ledger accounting, and account analysis
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Assist with credit analysis and evaluate creditworthiness of customers
- Utilize Paychex and PeopleSoft software for payroll processing and financial reporting
- Apply double-entry bookkeeping principles to record debits and credits accurately
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in budgeting and financial planning
- Experience in general ledger accounting and account analysis
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Familiarity with credit analysis and evaluating creditworthiness of customers
- Proficiency in using Paychex and PeopleSoft software for payroll processing and financial reporting
- Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles to record debits and credits accurately
