- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing members
- Manage the membership database and ensure accurate and up-to-date member information
- Provide excellent customer service to members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Plan and organize member events, workshops, and networking opportunities
- Supervise and oversee training of Membership staff.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to train staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Work within the mission and vision of the MJCC
