Timpte is looking for a Service Manager in our Mankato, MN Customer Support Center. This role will be responsible for managing and leading the Service Department to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Job Responsibilities
• Achieve Sales and Margin targets as set in the Annual Operating Plan.
• Generate incremental revenue of Service Parts & Service Labor through new customer acquisition.
• Management of Shop Efficiency & Productivity.
• Direct supervisor of the Trailer Technician team.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
• 3-5 years of service and management experience.
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal skills.
• Must have working knowledge of how trailer is assembled.
• Must have the ability to estimate timelines for repairs
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, etc.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
