Call Center Representative

Check eligibility for patient appointments and make confirmation reminder calls. Receives all incoming appointment related calls for primary care and other depts. as the need arises. Also communicates with the hospital for ER follow up appointments and disperses messages from the answering service. Will perform other clerical support duties. Responsible for daily preparation of the bank deposit.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year of clerical experience preferably in a health care setting
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Excellent oral and legible written communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred
  • Proficient data entry skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
