What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales position position at Menjivar Agency?
We have a streamlined lead generation system, no cold calling involved. The system puts you in front of interested buyers who have a need and have asked for the information.
The sales agent will call interested clients, set appointments, and meet with them over zoom / phone call for 20-45 minutes.
The agent will help them pick out the best life insurance plan that fits their needs and budget. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move full-time.
This is for sales professionals who are self-disciplined and ready to work, the grind is real. If you need a boss, a time clock or someone standing over your shoulder, this is not the role for you.
This is a bonus and commission paid position and you must be located within the United States. No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected.
Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
