Your Mission:

As our Director of Development and Outreach, you will lead the Mennonite Village foundation using your ability to craft compelling narratives, build strategic partnerships, and drive fundraising initiatives. This role is responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, securing funds through grants and appeals, and stewarding our supporters with gratitude and impact.

• A fundraising professional with a proven track record of success in donor cultivation, grant writing and campaign management.
• A strategic thinking who can develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with Mennonite Village's objectives.
• A collaborative team player who can inspire and engage others in fundraising efforts.
• Someone who is passionate about our mission, values integrity, and transparency in fundraising practices, and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our residents.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Research, prepare, and submit grant proposals that align with Mennonite Village values.
• Develop a major donor cultivation program.
• Craft compelling narratives with a donor-centric approach.
• Represent Mennonite Village in public speaking event, conferences, and community outreach.
