Job Posting for Major Maintenance Custodian at Menomonie Area School District
The School District of the Menomonie Area seeks a Major Maintenance Custodian. This is a full time, year-round position to begin on July 1, 2024. Hours and conditions of employment are in accordance with the School District of the Menomonie Area Employee Handbook. The starting wage rate is $22.57 per hour with comprehensive benefits.
Description: Ability to fulfill requirements of the qualifications as listed in job description #608-MM Major Maintenance. Qualifications include, but are not limited to: Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance as well as holding a valid driver’s license. The position will be based out of Menomonie High School with a focus on maintaining the high school facilities and performing HVAC preventative maintenance throughout the district. Working hours will be 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday with infrequent weekends as needed.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to be an independent thinker, and open to change; understand the need to work in a fast-paced atmosphere with frequent shifts in workplace prioritization; and have a full understanding of the importance of flawless communication. EOE.
