ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a secure and safe entrance to the construction site by monitoring access points and verifying the identity of all personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
- Enforce access control procedures and ensure compliance with site-specific security policies and regulations.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log of all site access, including personnel, visitors, and vehicles, while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with construction site personnel, project managers, and other stakeholders to address any access-related concerns or issues.
- Report any safety hazards, suspicious activities, or security breaches to the appropriate personnel immediately.
- Assist with the coordination and management of deliveries, shipments, and other logistical matters at the construction site.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all construction site personnel and visitors.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
- A strong commitment to safety, integrity, and professionalism.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed.

- 8-hour shift
