Manager of Clinical Practice

Unique Niche Medical Clinic opening in Knoxville is seeking a highly qualified practice manager to oversee the staff and clinic. Must be able to train in Nashville Monday-Friday for up to 90 days. Paid travel and paid training. We are looking for a driven individual with an leadership spirit and an ability to motivate and go above and beyond for staff and patients. We are a cutting edge concierge medical practice that focuses on making people happy and amazing customer service. The ideal manager is self-motivated, able to produce quickly and take on a variety of different roles including Front Desk, Patient Care Coordination, and running a smooth office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the business affairs of a retail healthcare practice
• Supervise and oversee the overall staff performance including admin, sales, and medical staff
• Screen and interview candidates for job openings
• Provide inspiration, training and educational material for staff
• Ensure legal and ethical obligations are met at all times
• Handle patient complaints and concerns
• Greet patients who enter the facilities with warmth
• Maintain updated medical records of patients
• Oversee staff of 4 including working closely with a physician to help patients
• Assist patients in purchasing treatment plans
• Assist Front Desk Staff when Needed
• Handle invoices.

Qualifications for Practice Manager

• Proven experience working in a managerial position. Healthcare preferred but not required
• Strong understanding management
• Familiar with administrative software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service with a client focus

Pay is based upon experience but potential for six figures with a strong base and lots of incentives. This is a fun fast paced environment so will need strong multi-tasking skills and extremely high emotional intelligence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
