Purpose: The Crisis Counseling Program (CCP) works within Boulder and Broomfield Counties with individuals, families, and groups to provide outreach, psychosocial support, crisis counseling, public education, and referral.  Position is grand funded and is expected to last approximately 9 months.

Job Summary:  The Creative Specialist produces creative designs based on guidelines; creates and implements outbound and inbound marketing activities related to creation and production of collateral and digital materials, incentives and advertising.

Essential Functions:

• Understands design requirements and produces creative designs based on guidelines 
• Creates and implements outbound and inbound marketing activities related to creation and production of collateral and digital materials, incentives and advertising
• Develops ideas and assists in implementation of marketing/advertising campaigns and strategies to meet program goals
• Acts as liaison with external vendors, internal staff and departments, and community partners to coordinate brand awareness, marketing efforts and materials distribution and tracking
• Adheres to MHP and CCP brand guidelines and ensures final marketing materials meet high-quality standards, budget considerations and allotted timeframe 
• Assist in analyzing marketing metrics, data and campaign results to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Oversees printing and final production of marketing materials
• Acts as a liaison with state regarding CCP guidelines around branding, guidelines and materials
• Works in collaboration with outreach staff and in coordination with Social Media Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Digital Media Specialist, Team Leads and Marketing Director
• Manages and delivers graphic projects within established timelines and budget
• Meets defined individual and department goals, activity metrics and Key Performance Indicators
• Promotes, supports and demonstrates MHP’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance Plan and Standards of Conduct on a day to day basis
• Effectively interacts and communicates with other MHP staff/clients/customers/partners/etc.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform other essential functions of the job  
• Other duties as assigned    

Specialized Duties: 

• Produces graphics for print collateral (i.e. posters, flyers, tip sheets, websites, print advertisements, etc.) and digital promotion (i.e. social media, online ads, web banners, etc.)
• Responsible for content development, optimization, advertising, design and execution for a variety of marketing vehicles, activities and products
