Director, Behavioral Health Rehabilitation (BHR)
MSW, LISW/LPCC/MFT Required
MHS is looking to add to our already impressive and professional Clinical Management Team with a Director of Outpatient Services to oversee our Adult Outpatient program in Clark County. This is a FT, exempt Director position, supervising, developing and implementing outpatient programming. The Director of Outpatient Services will provide administrative and clinical supervision of outpatient and community therapists and clinical oversight of the counseling and diagnostic assessment services. As a member of the MHS Leadership Team, you will provide valuable insight to our teams, including quality, performance improvement, safety, supervision and act as a mentor to therapists working to obtain independent status. Candidates should be prepared to work following the MHS Values and Mission statement and work to ensure the community has the necessary resources for mental health services.
Candidates must have:
- Master’s in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology (required)
- LISW/LPCC licensed in the State of Ohio
- 3-5 Years’ management or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with Joint Commission, federal and state (Ohio) regulations and standards
- CPR/First Aid (Will be provided upon hire)
- NVCI/CPI (Will be provided upon hire)
MHS provides CPR/First Aid and NVCI (CPI Blue) for all new staff, along with on-going education and on-the-job training opportunities.
All MHS candidates are required to have an Ohio BCI check (FBI check required if you have lived in Ohio for less than 5 years, or for working with children), 5-panel drug screen and 2 step TB (or proof of prior TB) upon conditional offer of employment. In complying with CMS conditions of participation, all MHS employees are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
