Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor resources for individuals, including direct assistance and support for parents or caregivers.
- Facilitate access to mental health services and resources
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths and needs, devising personalized service plans to promote stability and recovery.
- Engage in proactive problem-solving and advocacy on behalf of consumers, fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
- Collaborate closely with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote holistic well-being.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualifications
- A high school diploma and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years’ experience in direct contact with mental health consumers; OR
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; OR
- A registered nurse;
- Must possess a valid PA Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
- Experience with seriously mentally ill persons is preferred
- Prior experience with children and adolescents is a plus
