Position Details
The Program Director oversees clinical and operational aspects of Intensive Transition Services (ITS) and Mobile Competency Restoration Treatment (MCRT), ensuring fidelity through comprehensive management. They collaborate across agency departments to meet individual needs, interfacing with clinical staff, consumers, families, other programs, and external agencies. Responsibilities include developing client service plans, expanding services through program development and proposals, achieving financial goals, attending required meetings, and analyzing statistical data to monitor program performance. They also direct, manage, and ensure adherence to clinical services and compliance with program best practices, Merakey policies, and external regulations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualifications
- Licensed master’s level professional in the state of practice (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)), OR a Doctoral PhD, OR a master’s level Psychologist licensed in the state of practice.
- At least 8 years of experience in the human services field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a mental health setting.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- At least 2 years of program management experience.
- Valid driver’s license. Travel will be required.
