We are seeking a Residential Counselor to join our team in our Upland, PA. location. This posting is for Full-Time, Third Shift (Monday - Friday 12 : 00am - 8 : 00am EST.)
Earn $17.30 with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
Position Details
Provides direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Long Term Structured Residential (LTSR) programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
Teaching life skills to severely mentally ill adults, running skills groups, doing cleaning and laundry, assisting residents to appointments and outings, and documentation of daily progress notes, crisis notes and incident reports.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a minimum 12 college credits in Human Services or a related field OR 6 months of experience.
- One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
