Book Keeper/Office Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Book Keeper/ Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
- Process journal entries, debits, and credits accurately
- Utilize Quick Books to track financial transactions
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
