Serial Entrepreneur is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Specialist. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the social media and website strategy in order to increase awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. They will also help to create and maintain a strong online presence and implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts; marketing & communicating with clients through online channels.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Create engaging text, image and video content
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around company program, services and products
- Monitor & facilitate online conversations with clients or new leads and respond to queries
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
- Manage and update website copy as needed
- Send out weekly email promotions
- Create a pool of marketing emails
- Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
- Websites/Software: Wix, Shopify, Fiverr
